Background
Before starting Clark & Divakaran, Mr. Clark was an associate for a large California based plaintiff’s civil litigation firm. He was responsible for handling various aspects of plaintiffs’ complex civil cases. Mr. Clark conducted and defended depositions of plaintiffs, experts, percipient witnesses and persons most knowledgeable. Mr. Clark also successfully opposed various motions.Prior to passing the California bar, Mr. Clark served in the U.S. Army National Guard as an Avionics Mechanic working on Blackhawk helicopters for the 126th Medical Company (AA). He received an Honorable Discharge in 2007 after eight years of service. Mr. Clark is an avid fan of baseball, tennis and charcoal barbeque. During his free time, he enjoys relaxing at his home in Marin with his wife and two dogs.

Background
Mr. Divakaran is experienced in both general civil litigation and complex civil litigation matters. Prior to starting Clark & Divakaran, he began practicing at a civil litigation firm in Pasadena, California, and later transitioned into working as an associate for a large plaintiff’s litigation firm specializing in complex civil litigation.He has handled civil litigation matters ranging from toxic torts to corporate fraud. His work included drafting complaints, oppositions to various dispositive motions, making law and motion appearances, and defending depositions involving multiple parties.
Mr. Divakaran enjoys basketball, tennis, music, and generally all things relating to comedy. During his free time, he enjoys exploring new restaurants and attending local music events.
